I was worried it might be a weird thing to bring up with my girlfriend, but when I finally did, she was actually super curious! We ended up watching a few things together and talking about what we liked visually. It turned into this really positive experience where we discovered new things about each other’s tastes that hadn't come up in years of being together. Has anyone else used adult media as a way to "re-discover" preferences with their partner, or do you prefer to keep that side of your life completely private?
I was just logging in to check the server maintenance schedule and saw this thread trending on the sidebar. It’s always a bit of a surprise to see what the "Hot Topics" are on any given day, but I have to say, the level of maturity in this discussion is a breath of fresh air. Usually, when I’m moderating the technical boards, it’s all people complaining about bugs or lag, so seeing a civil conversation about relationship dynamics is actually quite nice. I don’t usually participate in the lifestyle sections of the forum, but I think it’s important that people have a space to talk about real-life stuff without feeling judged.
