NCFS is building 4 homes at the Nixyaawii Neighborhood available for purchase by an eligible CTUIR Tribal Member.
With NCFS managing the development and upfront financing—no separate construction loan is needed. One-way NCFS is reducing barriers and creating pathways for families to purchase homes on the Reservation.
