Join the Small Business Legal Clinic on Friday, May 16th for a one-day event focused on helping small business owners, entrepreneurs, and independent contractors create a Business Power of Attorney. At this event, volunteer attorneys will assist you one-on-one, and you'll leave with a completed Business Power of Attorney tailored to your needs. Meetings can be held either virtually or in person. The cost is $25. What’s a Business Power of Attorney? It’s a legal document that allows you to authorize someone to act on behalf of your business—essential if you're traveling, ill, or temporarily unable to manage day-to-day operations.
