The loan program, now Lending Services, continues to be a unique and essential financial resource for meeting the credit needs of many tribal members. NCFS will continue to provide a supplemental source of credit to eligible applicants in need of a loan. Loans are available to tribal members that are secured by collateral to ensure loan repayment.

Land Lease Loan (now accepting applications through the NCFS client portal)
Available to Umatilla Tribal Members for the consideration fee of the 99-year lease at the Nixyaawii Neighborhood.
